Taking a holistic approach to the financial aspect of your treatment plan can be helpful in managing what can be an overwhelming process. While our physicians will customize a treatment plan based on your best options for success, it is challenging to predict exactly how long it will take for you to get pregnant. However, one area where you can take control is in determining how to most effectively manage payment for your treatment. Careful advance planning ensures you have all the information you need to make the decisions that are right for you.
A Range of Costs
Just as each patient’s infertility treatment plan is unique, so are the costs associated with their plan. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is an extremely effective procedure, and one that, ultimately, many patients undergo. However, there are lower cost options that are quite effective and may be covered by insurance. Your physician and financial counselor will discuss all of your options with you to help you make the right choice.
Communication and Information
Our financial counselors are here to guide you through all of the factors that go into deciding how to manage the finances of treatment: emotional tolerance, time frame, treatment options, religious/spiritual beliefs and total budget. Talking through your personal preferences and taking a realistic look at your budget enables us to help you put together an effective long-term plan. Putting yourself in this position can alleviate a lot of stress, enabling you to focus your energy elsewhere.
You may be surprised to learn what your insurance plan will and will not cover. It is important to carefully review the benefits and requirements of your infertility-related coverage. If you need assistance we are here to help. However, the best way to avoid potential issues is by understanding the details of your insurance plan, benefits and requirements.

Multi-Cycle Discount Program
We all share the same goal – for you to bring home a baby. The Multi-Cycle Discount Program can help you do just that, while simplifying the financial side of things.
Everyone is unique and many elements come into play, but the fact is that approximately 50% of women who choose IVF will not become pregnant on their first try. The Multi-Cycle Discount Program allows for the transfer of all resulting embryos when you choose either two or three egg retrievals, as well as an unlimited number of Frozen Embryo Transfers (FETs).
More cycles equals a better chance of success; this program provides many opportunities to succeed, and the peace of mind that results from knowing you haven’t put all your eggs in one basket. When it comes to something this important you can’t afford to fail.
Multi-Cycle Discount Program + REFUND
Infertility is stressful enough, figuring out how to pay for treatment shouldn’t freak you out even more. The Multi-Cycle Discount Program + REFUND was created to help.
Statistics show that approximately 50% of women who try IVF won’t become pregnant on the first cycle. Our program allows for the transfer of all resulting embryos when you choose either two or three egg retrievals, as well as an unlimited number of Frozen Embryo Transfers (FETs). More cycles = more chances to succeed.
We know this journey is different for everyone so we’ve added a refund layer to our Multi-Cycle Discount Program. Patients who meet certain medical criteria may be able to get a refund if their path to parenthood takes an unexpected turn and they don’t have a baby.
Those who qualify may be eligible for:
• Up to a 50% Refund: Patients who choose a two-cycle plan.
• Up to a 100% Refund: Patients who choose a three-cycle plan.
Patients feel a sense of peace knowing they have multiple opportunities to make their dream of having a baby come true. And if, despite everyone’s best efforts, it doesn’t happen? Many choose to use their refund pay back their loan, or pursue other options, such as adoption, for growing their family.
