Dr. Mary Peavey is the newest member of the UNC Fertility team. Raised in Austin, Texas, Dr. Peavey attended college at Duke University, and received her MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She returned to North Carolina where she completed her residency in OB/GYN at Duke University Medical Center. She completed fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility as well as a Master’s in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Peavey is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), as well as the Society for Study of Reproduction. She is widely published in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards.
