Dr. Linnea Goodman is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of North Carolina Hospitals, and her sub-specialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Goodman also serves as the Medical Director at UNC Fertility.
While in training, Dr. Goodman won several awards for her research, including the Society of Reproductive Surgeons in-training award for research, a grant from the Foundation for the Assessment and Enhancement of Embryo Competences, and the RPC Grant for Research. She has also published over 20 papers and written three book chapters for the field of reproductive endocrinology.
Dr. Goodman has experience in all areas of reproductive endocrinology, with a special interest in: Reproductive Surgery, including Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy, aiming to create a conducive environment for an embryo to grow into a healthy pregnancy. She also has a passion for working with patients for whom minimally invasive surgery alone will not be enough for them to build the family of their dreams.
