Alyssa is originally from a small town in Maryland and recently moved to North Carolina to be closer to family. After graduating from Salisbury University with a BS in Biology, she worked for two years in an endocrinology lab focusing on reproductive hormones. She later went on to receive her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University.

Alyssa has many years of experience as a Physician Assistant including the areas of family medicine and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She has a special interest in preventative medicine and how it relates to fertility. She also enjoys building relationships with patients and being there for them during vulnerable times in their lives. Alyssa performs several of our in-office procedures including: monitoring ultrasounds, saline ultrasounds, mock embryo transfers, IUIs, HSGs, and endometrial biopsies. Alyssa will soon be available for new patient consultations.

Alyssa is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant (AAPA), the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (NCAPA) and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
