Mind/Body Program for Infertility
We recognize the connection that the emotions and mind have on the body, so we are proud to offer our patients a mind/body program to help ease them through this stressful time. This group-oriented program was developed at Harvard University by Alice Domar, PhD. Throughout the 10 sessions, participants receive an in-depth education on the emotional processes associated with infertility and learn stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga and cognitive restructuring.
